Mission

Our mission is to plan resilient and sustainable parks, public spaces, and recreational amenities, build a park system for present and future generations, and care for parks and public spaces.

Activities

Our digital learning classes for youth ages 6-14 are part of the center’s Afterschool Program, an out-of-school time program, or just drop in.

Participating kids might learn how to make games, code, design websites, make videos, music poster, or make their own music!

For parents: Through a combination of engaging games and wraparound classroom activities, CRC educational staff lead youth through digital learning projects in a connected learning environment. We ask youth to thinking about digital citizenship, to think critically about digital media, and to creatively express themselves in both their real and digital communities with integrity and positivity and a focus on academic enrichment.

This Program Is Open To Children Registered In Our Afterschool Program At Afterschool Sites, And At Participating Drop-In Locations. A Recreation Center Membership Is Required. Recreation Center Memberships Are Free For Kids And Teens Younger Than 18 Years Old.
