Mission
We provide a place where girls and young women 8-23 can grow, learn, have fun, and develop confidence in themselves and their ability to make a difference in the world.
Activities
Alphabet City Arts programs include painting, drawing, fashion design, multi-media arts, screen printing and art history.
The Monthly Museum Club mentoring program and Art History 101 programs engage girls in cultural studies at galleries and museums around NYC.
Our Art+Community Gallery at 402 E. 8th Street is a site for curatorial training and women’s artwork.
Eligibility
Must Be A Girl. Must Live Or Go To School In The Lower East Side / East Village.
