Our mission is to provide access and opportunities for youth to reach their full potential �as responsible members of the community.

Activities

BGCHarlem, along with all of its sister clubs, strives to provide a world-class experience that assures success is within reach of every clubhouse member. Success means being on track to graduate from high school on time with a plan for the future, a clear demonstration of good character & citizenship, and actively living a healthy lifestyle. To see this success become a reality, BGCA developed the Formula for Impact - a research-based theory of change. BGCHarlem has embraced this theory and made it an integral part of its execution.

In alignment with BGCA, the Boys & Girls Club of Harlem offers tested, proven, and nationally recognized programming in five Core Program Areas that are closely aligned with the developmental needs of all young people. Those Core Program Areas include: Character & Leadership Development, Education & Career Development, Health & Life Skills, the Arts, and Sports, Fitness & Recreation.
