Mission
QuestBridge designs and builds programs for talented low-income students to access and navigate exceptional educational and life opportunities by recruiting, developing, and supporting motivated low-income students – beginning in high school through college to their first job – to be successful at America's best colleges, graduate schools, and companies.
Activities
For high school juniors only.
The QuestBridge College Prep Scholars Program gives outstanding low-income high school juniors an early advantage in college admissions.
College Prep Scholars are uniquely prepared to gain admission and full scholarships to top-tier colleges through QuestBridge. The majority are also selected as Finalists for the National College Match. Being selected as a College Prep Scholar is a notable distinction that celebrates your achievements and gives you an early start in applying to college.
All College Prep Scholars will receive:
* Specialized guidance on applying to college: Our "VIP club," where you can get exclusive resources and support
* Essay coaching: Get personalized feedback on your essay from QuestBridge
* The distinction of being identified as an outstanding potential candidate to top colleges
* College Prep Scholars could also receive:
* Full scholarships to college summer programs at Stanford, Yale, Emory, Penn, and more
* An invitation to a QuestBridge National College Admissions Conference, where you’ll learn from admissions officers at top colleges
* All-expense-paid campus visits to our colleges
* Quest for Excellence awards, such as laptops and college visits, awarded on the basis of geography, special interests, or other individual criteria.
* One-on-one college admissions telementoring from Amherst College students
