Activities

The PENCIL Fellows Program is a competitive summer internship program for eligible public high school juniors and seniors. PENCIL Fellows prepares high school juniors and seniors for college and careers by introducing them to essential skills like time management, resume-writing and interviewing; and culminates in a full-time, six-week paid summer internship at a leading New York City business.

PENCIL trains and places talented, high need students in internships in businesses throughout the city in order to provide deserving students with critical workplace experiences and skills. PENCIL provides training to both students and business volunteers to make sure that students can get the most from their internships.
