92nd Street Y is a world-class cultural and community center where people all over the world connect through culture, arts, entertainment and conversation.

Activities

This recreational gymnastics program is led by USAG KAT and USA Gymnastics Safety Certified teachers, they promote learning through consistency and repetition with an emphasis on fun and fitness.

The 92Y also provides teens with a variety of fitness classes and sports programs, including:
boxing
zumba
pilates & yoga
spin or cycling
aerial arts & parkour
fencing
basketball
swimming & life guard training

92Y is currently the only location in New York City to become fully-accredited by USA Basketball and all of our volunteer coaches have completed this new certification.
