Groundswell brings together artists, youth, and community organizations to use art as a tool for social change.

Activities

Groundswell's TEMA (Teen Empowerment Mural Apprenticeship) Wednesday program is an opportunity for students ages 17-19, to create a large-scale mural collaboratively with Groundswell artists and community partners. They will together research, design and paint a work of public art! You don't have to be experienced to join the program, you just have to be interested in art, community and social justice! Participants receive all art materials, field trips opportunities and snacks!
