  • Teen Resource Center
  • 212-226-2044

Mission

The mission of the Teen Resource Center (TRC) is to provide information and support to the Asian American youth population through health education, programs & activities, and referrals.

Activities

A six month internship training program for youth ages 15 to 19. It is an opportunity to develop professionally and give back to the community. Interns are placed at a community organization for 6 months while participating in TRC workshops, discussions, and trainings. The youth show what they learn with the culmination of a final project. Qualified candidates are invited to a follow up interview. Once selected, interns are assigned to selected community organizations where they take on meaningful and rewarding roles through which they learn social responsibility and cooperation.
