Mission

To enrich and enhance the quality of life for young people by providing educational and developmental programs.

Activities

Athletics Programs provide: Baseball, Basketball, Flag-Football, Street Hockey, Ice/Roller Skating, Girls’ Softball, Fencing and Soccer.

Our state-of-the art sports complex includes an ice skating rink. Members are provided with the opportunity to engage in competitive sports or intramural games. We also provide intramural leagues in a variety of sports in addition to a weight room for members 15 to 18 years of age.

Kips Bay Football
Flag 1st - Designed to introduce members to the game of football. The focus is on running, catching and throwing all while playing in a competitive environment.

Karate
There is a $50.00 monthly fee and registration takes place during any of the scheduled sessions. Karate Sessions are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

Swimming
Recreation Swim: This program allows members to practice their swimming skills while having fun with other members.
Learn-to-Swim: A unique six-level instructional approach is unlike anything offered by other aquatic training.
Swim Team: Our Kips Bay Makos team competes against other swim clubs. To be eligible to join, members must swim 25 yards of freestyle & backstrokes.

Social Recreation
Contests, small group games, skill-building activities, tournaments, leagues, billiards, table tennis, chess, foosball, air hockey and special events are some activities offered in the games room.
