Launched in 2001, Teen Career Connection is an unparalleled internship program, providing NYC high school students an opportunity to crystallize their career path. TCC prepares students for the workplace by offering intensive professional development, followed by a hands-on learning experience matched to the student's career aspirations. TCC offers a solid support system, giving youth the ability to succeed in their internships and expand their networks. The program seeks to empower the next generation of diverse talent and get them ready for the workforce.
