Teen Volunteers At The Guggenheim

  • Guggenheim Museum
  • (212) 360-4254

Mission

Committed to innovation, the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation collects, preserves, and interprets modern and contemporary art, and explores ideas across cultures through dynamic curatorial and educational initiatives and collaborations. With its constellation of architecturally and culturally distinct museums, exhibitions, publications, and digital platforms, the Foundation engages both local and global audiences.

Activities

We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and articulate high school students to volunteer on weekends. Teen volunteers assist adult staff and volunteers by acting as liaisons for families in the lobby at our Family Activity Kiosk and facilitating gallery activities in our Open Studio programs.

Being a Teen Volunteer is great for fulfilling community service requirements, resume building, and college applications. Please send a resume and statement of interest to [email protected]. Write “Teen Volunteer” in the subject line.
