New York On Tech's (NYOT) mission is to prepare the next generation of technology leaders emerging from New York City by creating pathways for students to thrive in technology and innovation.

Activities

The UX Design Program is a 6 week program for rising high school juniors and seniors (currently sophomores and juniors). In this course, students will complete the entire cycle of user experience design beginning with understanding users and product issues and ending with a market ready, clickable design prototype that they will be able to add to their professional portfolio. Last year, students created really awesome web and mobile application prototypes that demonstrated their mastery of UX design and were able to include them in their portfolio. Afterward, many students joined one of New York On Tech's year-round programs
